Mr.Harish Rama Rao brings along with him a rich experience and knowhow of the Electrical Industry domain

The Board of director has appointed Mr.Rajkumar-CEO of Electrolinks, an Electronic and Communication by profession & Solution focused, Proactive & result oriented having 32 years of experience in various division of HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED. Worked for a period of 4 years in the capacity of ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER (AGM) to nurture the LCA project and ramp up the production facility of LCA aircraft to produce 8 aircraft per year. Trained on accelerometer and gyroscope in M/S SAGEM France & there by indigenization of accelerometer and indigenization of all below matrerial including sensors and fully aware with all the production cum calibration standards used in aerospace industry

Mr Awadhesh Kumar Sinha, a B.Tech (E &C) from NITK, Surathkal and M.Tech (Aircraft Production Engineering) from IIT Madras has joined ETPL as Director (Technical) after superannuation from Aircraft Manufacturing Division , Nasik as AGM(Quality). He is a hardcore ATE engineer having 39+ years of rich experience in various divisions of HAL. He has been a key ATE Engineer responsible for design and development of Automatic Test Softwares of various Complex Multi-layered PCBs and Motherboards of both Western and Russian Origin aircrafts from first principle. He has worked extensively on Repair, Assembly and Testing of various Avionic units and systems such as FDR, DARIN system, Inertial Platform, HPIGS, Accelerometers and Gyroscopes of Jaguar, Mirage, Mig-27 and Su3030MKI aircrafts. He was a DGAQA approved Release Note Signatory, Six-Sigma Coordinator, Joint Quality Auditor for Su30MKI fleet and approved Quality Manager from DGCA for various CAR-21 and CAR-145 activities at HAL Nasik. He is a member of AeSI and has many indigenisation design and development projects to his credit.
